Gujarat Titans vs Lucknow Super Giants LIVE Score, IPL 2025: Ton-Up Mitchell Marsh Powers LSG To 235/2 vs GT

Mitchell Marsh was among the Indian Premier League's (IPL) worst-performing foreign players for more than ten years.

Marsh made his IPL debut in 2010, but prior to IPL 2025, his average was a pitiful 19.56. Despite being Australia's T20I captain, Marsh only received INR 3.40 crore due in part to his dismal injury record and low performance history.

However, Marsh has moved past all of his IPL problems by playing at the top of the order for the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in an all-time fantastic season.

Marsh achieved a personal best record for the most runs and 50+ scores in a season prior to today's match against the Gujarat Titans (GT). The Australian T20I captain scored his first IPL century that evening, continuing to set new records.

Marsh's century, which came off 56 balls, was only his second T20 century; the previous one was in 2021 during a Big Bash League (BBL) match between the Perth Scorchers and the Hobart Hurricanes.

Marsh became the fifth Australian to reach six or more fifties in an IPL season as he reached 50 for the sixth time this season against GT.
